I want to help each client feel more connected to their body, mind and soul so they can move more freely through their environment.

I am a work hard play hard individual coming from a construction background, I have discovered a new passion for the healing arts. I have 720 hours of bodywork training and have seen many clients since receiving my license in Colorado and South Dakota. I grew up in Wyoming and Colorado spending as much time in natrure as possible with loved ones. Between work hours you can find me outside skiing, biking, hunting, camping, and more. I have learned how important it is to take time to relax and recover from these activities in order to sustain this happy healthy lifestyle.
